Where does Babyko.com Gifts deliver?
Almost everywhere in the Philippines.
How do we deliver?
Deliveries in Angeles City, Dau and Malabacat, will be made by our driver. Allowing us to provide you with a picture of your Honeyko smiling when her gift arrives. Deliveries outside of our local area, we use the Philippines best services for safety & reliability; LBC, DHL and FedEx.
How will I know that the order has been received or delivered?
Once the transaction was completed and approved, the customer will be receiving a copy of an order confirmation slip right after the Credit Card Payment page. The order confirmation e-mail contains all information about the order, sender, payment. This also serves as the customer's official receipt. Tthe customer will also receive confirmation and notification e-mail from Babyko.com that we processed and shipped (locally delivered) your order and, when applicable, you will receive the carriers web page where you can track your order.
What will happen if I provide incomplete or incorrect shipping information?
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information otherwise there will be a delay in delivering the order or the order will not be delivered and there will be no refund if the order is lost. If the order is returned to us, we will refund the order less the cost of Shipping. We will make every effort to make sure the gift is delivered. To avoid these incidents the customer must contact us immediatly regarding the matter.
What will happen if the recipient is not available during the time of delivery or declared out of carrier coverage area?
In cases wherein recipient is not available during the time of delivery or if there is no one available aside from the recipient, the carrier will return the gift to their shipping office and will post a message to inform the recipient that he/she has a gift and the responsibility then lies on the recipient to contact the carrier and arrange pick up or delivery of the gift within 2 days from the original date of delivery. If the item is returned to us, we will refund the order, less the cost of shipping, for this situation. In the case of local deliveries, we will attempt to contact the recipient via text or phone (if available) to arrange a time for delivery, or allow them to visit our shop to pick up your gift.
What must I do if there are some changes in the delivery date or shipping information or some request?
The customer should email us once the order is made, for any special changes or order request contact us immediatly since the gift will be wrapped and your order processed very quickly. We will do our best to accommodate any and all of your requests.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We use the webs leading payment processor, PayPal, which accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and even online checks. We accept Western Union payments for those who would perfer not to use their credit card. You can even send US money orders or personal checks to our USA office. Please contact us first for arrangements.
Some customers have mentioned confusion because PayPal does not allow you to enter a Philippines address. You have to enter your billing address as the delivery address once on the PayPal site. That is because PayPal does not have a banking relationship with The Philippines. The transaction is placed with our USA bank. We understand the confusion but as a small merchant PayPal is reliable and inexpensive. They have over 100 million users. Confused - just email us and we will set-up a Special Order checkout for you.
Is my order secure and safe?
Babyko.com uses industry leader PayPal to proccess our customers credit card and online check information, it will be encrypted. A pop up window will appear to inform the customer that he is entering a safe and secured area. A closed lock will also appear at the lower left hand corner of the status bar to indicate that the page is safe and secured. Babyko.com does not recieve your credit card information from PayPal. We will have your email address, order and delivery information in our custody for book keeping purposes only.
